Family with children would enjoy this place
The main floor was really cute. I loved the reading lights by bed, and they had so many outlets for charging everything! They also had safety bars in the tub I thought was neat but-had a mix-up with the bathtub description. Thought it was assessible for my knees. Who knew it meant wheelchair-accessible? But the staff was super friendly and sincere.
It wasn't cheap but it was still acceptable.

Oh man, let’s talk about the hash browns! Crispy, golden, and totally craving-worthy—totally set my breakfast game on fire! Plus, the room was super comfy, making for sweet dreams. Oh, and the housekeeping team? Polite and on it, like champs.
Now, on the flip side, finding out they were low on pillows for the kiddos was a bit of a head-scratcher. We ended up showering in a sauna because the AC seemed to have taken a vacation. It made for a sticky, hot situation!

The hotel was conveniently located just a short drive from the soccer fields where my grandson's tournament was held. Our stay was made even better by the unique and delicious meals at the restaurant, especially the breakfast buffet that offered fantastic options.
My kids wished the luggage carts were more family-friendly. they looked more suited for warehouses. A more user-friendly design would really help families on the go.

The outdoor pool area offers a warm retreat perfect for families. The cozy King Room features modern appliances, making it feel like a home away from home, and those warm cookies upon check-in add a nice touch.
Checking in can feel like a bit of a struggle, as my reservation wasn't properly handled, leading to some confusion upon arrival. The air conditioning in the hallways needs serious improvement. it felt like a sauna just walking through. Plus, some amenities listed, like the outdoor fire pit, weren't functioning properly during my stay, which was a letdown for those looking to relax outside.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our night's stay in a spacious queen room. The staff were friendly, but there was confusion at check-in and extra charges for breakfast caught us off guard. The warm cookie on arrival added a nice touch. Advise clarifying fees upfront for a smoother experience.

The king room offered a beautiful and clean environment with a very comfortable bed, enhancing my family’s stay. Housekeeping was polite and attentive, which made for an enjoyable atmosphere. However, the heavy door to the queen room was difficult to operate, and we faced challenges with coffee cups not being provided. Also, the breakfast was not complimentary, which was a bit disappointing.

Room was cozy and modern, perfect for a quick stay! Plus, the shower gel dispensers were a chic touch. No complaints on cleanliness, which is a rarity these days!
The lobby smelled a bit funky, like a questionable thrift store. And the cookie charm? Didn't quite mask the mildew!
